DBQ Art Center, in partnership with the HEART program and Dubuque Main Street, received an Iowa Main Street Challenge Grant for $40,000 last summer. This program was supported this year by the Iowa Legislature and Federal Government, thanks in large part to the efforts of Senator Harkin.
